Tatort: Klaus Borowski, Axel Milberg, Almila Bagriacik, and Mila Sahin in Kiel

The new "Tatort" team from Kiel is complete: Almila Bagriacik and Mila Sahin will investigate alongside Klaus Borowski (Axel Milberg) in the future.

The NDR announced on Tuesday that the two actresses will take on the roles of the new investigators Mila Sahin and Asli Bayram.

Bagriacik is known from films such as "Berlin Alexanderplatz" and "Nur ein Tag", Sahin from series such as "4 Blocks" and "Para - We Are King".

Filming for the first case is scheduled to start in spring 2023.

The first case of the new team will be broadcast in autumn 2023, as the NDR announced.

The title of the episode is "Borowski und der Schatten des Mondes" (Borowski and the shadow of the moon).

The NDR is thus reacting to the departure of Sibel Kekilli, who had played the role of Sarah Brandt alongside Borowski since 2010.

Kekilli had announced her departure from the "Tatort" in May 2022.
