Ski stars Meillard, Caviezel and Co. reportedly fit
There is positive news from the Swiss ski hospital. According to the Blick newspaper, Loïc Meillard, Gino Caviezel and Semyel Bissig are all fit again. Meillard suffered a foot injury in the Super-G in Bormio in late December, Caviezel injured his back in a training run in Val Gardena and Bissig broke his collarbone in December.
Patient Meillard wants to attack again
Meillard is particularly pleased about his return. "I'm really happy to be back on skis," he is quoted as saying by Blick. "I've been working hard in rehab and I'm feeling good again. I'm looking forward to attacking again."
Caviezel is also optimistic
Caviezel is also optimistic about his comeback. "I'm making good progress and I'm confident that I'll be back at my best soon," he said. Bissig is also on the mend and is expected to be back in action soon.
