Swansea City: Luke Williams' team face 'huge test' at Burnley
Russell Martin likely to make changes, with Joe Allen pushing for start
Swansea City head coach Luke Williams admits Saturday's trip to Burnley is a "huge test" as his side look to get back to winning ways following successive defeats.
The Swans were beaten 2-0 at home by Millwall last weekend and then lost 1-0 at Bristol City in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night.
Williams made nine changes to his team for the cup tie, but he is likely to recall several senior players for the trip to Turf Moor.
Joe Allen is pushing for a start after coming off the bench against Bristol City, while Liam Walsh and Olivier Ntcham are also in contention.
Williams said: "Burnley is a huge test for us. They are a very good side and they will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Norwich last weekend.
"We need to be at our best to get a result, but I am confident that we can do it. We have a good squad and we are working hard to improve.
"We need to be more clinical in front of goal and we need to defend better as a team. If we can do that, then I am sure we can get a positive result."
Burnley are currently 15th in the Championship, having won two, drawn two and lost two of their opening six games.
Swansea are 13th, with two wins, one draw and three defeats from their first six matches.
The two sides last met in the Championship in 2017, with Burnley winning 2-0 at Turf Moor and Swansea winning 3-1 at the Liberty Stadium.
